La calidad del aprendizaje digital en programas universitarios de idiomas orientales y europeos en las regiones de Ucrania

El enfoque de este estudio es la evaluación en profundidad de las experiencias individuales de aprendizaje combinado y a distancia digital por parte de grupos relevantes de partes interesadas en programas de nivel universitario de idiomas orientales (chino, japonés)  y europeos (francés, italiano, español, inglés) en regiones de Ucrania a lo largo de las actividades educativas en el marco de tiempo de las medidas de cuarentena de COVID-19 de marzo de 2020 a deciembre de 2021. La encuesta se utiliza para evaluar los parámetros y desafíos de la calidad individual y la eficiencia de la transformación de las prácticas de Adquisición de Idiomas Extranjeros de la vida real a un formato digital combinado, lo que implica la activación de habilidades interdisciplinarias y actividades intersectoriales, asistidas por herramientas TIC. La encuesta en línea de 14 universidades en los centros regionales de Ucrania proporciona la divulgación de experiencias individuales y la estimación de la calidad del aprendizaje electrónico y el aprendizaje híbrido en el marco del bloqueo de COVID-19; evaluación de las experiencias individuales y la calidad del aprendizaje electrónico y el aprendizaje híbrido en el marco del confinamiento por la COVID-19 en comparación con los formatos tradicionales de aprendizaje presencial de lenguas extranjeras; evaluación de calidad individual del diseño de procesos de aprendizaje, resultados de aprendizaje programado y competencias proyectadas para programas universitarios de idiomas orientales y europeos en el marco de las medidas de bloqueo y cuarentena de COVID-19

The manual presents theoretical and practical explanations for preparation students on the actualization of modeling of the innovative logosphere of modern digital environment Complex modeling of the field of digital technologies with a view to innovative language, as well as phenomenological parameters, contributes to a more complete the study of the nature of the linguistic environment of the tsifir environment. A similar approach allows consider ontological (time-space) aspects of reality in their lexical-semantic coverage, to investigate in detail the human phenomenon, its complex linguo-categorical positioning within the existential digital linguosphere, determine the basics logocentricity of the modern digital environment and predict directions development of language models in digital communication. The paper is focused on the methodological argument and premise of open verbal e-environment structure, phenomenology, subject matter and corresponding ICT research tools. The phenmenological approach to integrative research directions, mechanisms, ways and means of the modern English open verbal e-environment, supplied in this paper, allows to highlight those aspects of English development, provides a generalized in-depth understanding of the phenomenological nature of linguistic reality encoding processes, linguistic recreation and mechanisms of neologozation, categorization, language reference, significative correlation, respectively.Феноменологічні ознаки різнорівневих інноваційних елементів англійської мови сфери комп’ютерних технологій виокремлюють новий напрям неологічних студій – феноменологічну неоанглістику. У роботі параметризовано англомовну інноваційну логосферу комп’ютерного буття як макро- та мікроконсолідований об’єкт, що кваліфікується феноменологічними й динамічними характеристиками. Transdisciplinary Communication as a Meta-Framework of Digital Education

Dynamic transformation of the knowledge economy, enhanced by Industry 4.0/5.0 development and rise of the networked society in the Digital Age, emergency digitization of all social communicative spheres due to pandemic measures have imposed dramatic changes onto transdisciplinary overlap in different areas of human knowledge and experience, induced by the crosssectorial job market demands of university level education, curriculum design and learning outcomes. The Covid-19 pandemic induced amplified digitalization measures in the higher education sphere. This end-to end digital shift in the educational processes (communication, content, outcomes and outputs, skills) heralded the introduction of metadisciplinary dimensions of learning – digital, hybrid and, blended. These meta-disciplinary dimensions can be considered conduits of vertical (endocentric) and horizontal (exocentric) transdisciplinary of digital education as a communicative system. Applied trans-disciplinary lens contributes to the solution of holistic modeling of processes and results of updating models and mechanisms of the highly dynamic communication system of education in the digital environment as a whole and its individual formats in the emergency digitization measures of different types

The article describes the preliminary results of the implementation of WorkPackage 4 (WP4) “Selection and testing new ICT tools” in the framework of the international research network IRNe, represented by researchers from partner institutions in Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Australia. These results concern the analysis and study of some categories of ICT-tools for making multimedia presentations and didactic videos. All the package period has been divided into 5 main stages. Authors presented a ranking list based on quality and quantity assessment of chosen ICT-tools and proposed some recommendations of features for good presentation and didactic video as well as specified typical mistakes of designers and users.У статті розглянуті попередні підсумки реалізації Робочого пакету 4 (WP4) "Вибір і тестування нових ІКТ інструментів " в рамках міжнародної дослідницької мережі IRNe, в особі дослідників з установ-партнерів в Польщі, Словаччині, Україні, Австралії. Ці результати стосуються аналізу і вивчення деяких категорій ІКТ-інструментів для створення мультимедійних презентацій та дидактичні відео. Весь період пакет був розділений на 5 основних етапів. Автори представили список ранжирування на основі якості та оцінки кількості обраних ІКТ-інструментів і запропонував деякі рекомендації можливостей для гарної презентації та дидактичної відео, а також зазначених типових помилок проектувальників і користувачів.В статье рассмотрены предварительные итоги реализации Рабочего пакета 4 (WP4) "Выбор и тестирование новых ИКТ инструментов" в рамках международной исследовательской сети IRNe, в лице исследователей из учреждений-партнеров в Польше, Словакии, Украины, Австралии. Эти результаты касаются анализа и изучения некоторых категорий ИКТ-инструментов для создания мультимедийных презентаций и дидактические видео. Весь период пакет был разделен на 5 основных этапов. Авторы представили список ранжирования на основе качества и оценки числа избранных ИКТ-инструментов и предложил некоторые рекомендации возможностей для хорошей презентации и дидактической видео, а также указанных типичных ошибок проектировщиков и пользователей

Інноваційна освітня комунікація та глобальне цифрове середовище: транс-дисциплінарні моделі, інструменти та засоби

The objective of the inquiry is on innovative communication in the light of identifying trans-disciplinary aspects of phylogeny, sociogenesis, and technogenesis of educational communities, which determines the identification of this communicative sphere as an integrative structure determined by the internal unity of its micro- and macrostructures, which in the plane of the sign substrate synthesizes the features of existential, cognitive, anthropological and technological substance. Applied trans-disciplinary lens of the phenomenological approach to the study contributes to the solution of holistic modeling of processes and results of updating models and mechanisms of the highly dynamic communication system of education in the digital environment as a whole and its individual formats at the beginning of the XXI century in particular. The object of research is innovative educational communication in the global digital environment. The study focus is on innovative language and technology models, digital tools, and mechanisms of educational communication in the digital realm. The empirical basis of the research is the practices of innovative communication related to different substrates, formats, objects, and phenomena of acquiring new knowledge and education in the digital realm. The study results allow to provide a transdisciplinary synthesis (across communicative theory, information theory, philosophy, education and e-learning studies, semiotics, digital humanities).Метою дослідження є інноваційна комунікація у світлі виявлення трансдисциплінарних аспектів філогенезу, соціогенезу та техногенезу освітніх спільнот, що зумовлює ідентифікацію цієї комунікативної сфери як інтегративної структури, детермінованої внутрішньою єдністю її мікро- і макроструктури, яка в площині знакового субстрату синтезує риси екзистенціальної, когнітивної, антропологічної та технологічної субстанції. Застосований трансдисциплінарний лінз феноменологічного підходу до дослідження сприяє розв’язанню цілісного моделювання процесів і результатів оновлення моделей і механізмів високодинамічної комунікаційної системи освіти в цифровому середовищі в цілому та його окремих форматах на початку ХХІ століття зокрема. Об’єктом дослідження є інноваційна освітня комунікація в глобальному цифровому середовищі. Основна увага дослідження зосереджена на інноваційних мовних і технологічних моделях, цифрових інструментах і механізмах освітньої комунікації в цифровій сфері. Емпіричною основою дослідження є практики інноваційної комунікації, пов’язані з різними субстратами, форматами, об’єктами та феноменами здобуття нових знань та освіти в цифровій сфері. Результати дослідження дозволяють забезпечити трансдисциплінарний синтез (теорії комунікації, теорії інформації, філософії, освіти та досліджень електронного навчання, семіотики, цифрових гуманітарних наук)

The roadmap of collaboration skills from programmed teaching to e-learning

W artykule przedstawiono analizę porównawczą podstawowych zasad nauczania programowanego oraz konstruktywizm dla ich późniejszego zastosowania przy tworzeniu dydaktyki otwartego kształceniu z uwzględnieniem podejścia i czynności zorientowanych na współpracę. Zbadano fakt, że podstawą dwóch paradygmatów (konstruktywizmu i osobistego kształcenia) jest ta sama koncepcja: humanistyczny charakter edukacji, uwzględnienie indywidualnych charakterystyk, podejście oparte na aktywności i działalność studenta zorientowana na współpracę. Założenia dotyczące podniesienia wydajności procesu edukacyjnego, oparte na koncepcjach integracyjnej jedności tych pojęć, są uzasadnione. Odkryty został dalszy rozwój podejścia zorientowanego na jednostkę pod względem takich wzajemnie ze sobą powiązanych podejść jak e-learning, koneksjonizm i kształcenie mieszane. Jednocześnie nauczanie programowane, także przeżywające swój renesans, może być efektywnie i celowo wykorzystywane we współpracy edukacyjnej w połączeniu z innymi paradygmatami

Systemic Paradigm of Innovative Educational Communication in The Digital Realm

The objective of the study is to explore the systemic premises and paradigmatic structure of innovative educational communication in the digital realm, modelled and modified by the Covid-19 emergency digitization measures in educational process. The object of research is innovative educational communication in the global digital environment. The innovative nature of communication in the field of acquiring new knowledge in the global digital environment is determined by the phenomenological consolidation of substantive (ontological, presuppositional/cognitive) characteristics of the macrostructure of communication in statics and end-to-end dynamic interaction of formal and semantic constituents and technological (digital) tools. The paradigm of innovation of educational communication in the digital realm (as a multidimensional, complex, dynamic system) is defined as the most comprehensive quantitative and qualitative terms of linguocognitive actualization of being, determined by a number of qualifying conditions of its emergence, existence and development. The study results allow to provide a transdisciplinary synthesis of educational communication paradigm across communicative theory, information theory, philosophy, education and e-learning studies, semiotics, digital humanities

Digital transformation of complex educational scenarios (comparative study of final qualification assessment for foreign languages programs)

The global quarantine measures and restrictions have posed a challenge to the structure and procedure of university summative assessment process. Foreign Languages Acquisition and Linguistic Education assessment are interdisciplinary processes, informed by the nature of linguistic content and types of communicative and professional activities within a framework of set and variable scenarios. The study is based on identification of various interdisciplinary competency principles, derivative of 21st century skills. This inquiry objective is to investigate the dynamic progress and results of digital transformation of final qualification assessment for students of European and Oriental Languages programs, employed in the years 2020 and 2021 through the pandemic emergency digitization measures. The study focus is on the comparison of the cases and best practices of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University (Ukraine) Digital Final Qualification Assessment to derive contrastive results for different stages of digitization (2020 and 2021) in Foreign Languages major programs. Comparative results of the efficiency of ICT tools and practices applications across different educational activities of Final Qualification Assessment and interoperable digital literacy levels requirement are evaluated
